Does anyone know if it's possible to get a breakdown of debt service over time? It could be as simple as something like a billing statement that shows "current charges" vs. "31-60 day", etc. that maybe goes back over the last 10-15 years. It would be interesting to see how much of our debt can be attributed to the current administration vs. previous ones. Then we could see whether the belt-tightening promised by many of our current city elected officials is actually occurring. We could also see whether we should be harping on this or just making sure that the belt stays tight since blaming the current administration for the sins of past councils is like blaming Mike Tice for Dennis Green's mistakes.
