I am pleased to report that all subversive elements
in Minnesota have been neutralized and the civil
population has been rendered docile and obedient.
The subversive elements in Minnesota have been
rendered impotent and helpless. Much of their weakness
is caused by old age and chronic internet addiction.
Enemies of our Administration know that we will "bring
justice to them".
The bus strike in Minnesota is a state sponsored
operation, led by Republican Governor Tim Pawlenty.
Pawlenty should be supported in his union breaking
operations despite his ambition to replace the Vice
President with himself.
If successful, the bus strike operation will prove
to lower income people that labor unions and
left/liberal elements cannot protect their interests.
The lower classes must be whipped and beaten until
they learn that RESISTANCE IS FUTILE.
The subversive elements have been unable or
unwilling to interdict transportation. They have not
attempted to call for a general strike.
The civil population has been Docilated. Only
personnel wearing tinfoil under their hats are
unaffected by the Docilator beam. Studies have shown
that male personnel aware of the Docilator beams
frequently wear tinfoil in their trousers, which
limits their ambulatory mobility and creates an
unusual sound.

No components of the Docilator are American made.
The outsourcing of Docilator manufacture and design
prevents leaks to our domestic enemies. We will study
the consequences of foreign governments Docilating
their civil populations in 2005.

Stepford operations are continuing on a limited,
experimental basis. There is one difficulty which was
not resolved in the Eastern Stepford Operation.
There are many lesbian couples in Minnesota. The
theological consequences of two "Stepford Wives" as a
couple are unknown. We will wait until the Coalition
of Religious Broadcasters issues a fatwa on the
subject. The fatwa will be a classified document.
Male personnel subjected to the Stepford drugs show
a strong interest in makeovers and an aversion to the
Stillwater business district. Minnesota has fewer
military bases than other states, so Minnesota is
still a preferred location for the introduction of
Stepford drugs into the water supply.
