The beauty of it is if you want the service, you go to
the fetus or warners' stellian and pay handsomely for
it.  If you don't need the service, like me and many
more like me, you can go to best buy and pay less. 
Service isn't dead proven by the businesses pointed
out.  People just don't need the service like they did
15 years ago.  If I want to put another hard drive in
my computer or need printer paper or want to pick up a
dvd player, I know what I want before I leave the
house, or at least I know what I am looking for.  I
think this is the case for a lot of people which isn't
bad because it tells me we are a better informed
public.

With that said, I don't see where bestbuy would be
able to survive downtown.  it would take a public
subsidy to offset the rents and I don't know if they
really peddle the products that people that work down
there or live there buy enough.  Its not that often
that people buy tv's, appliances, stereo equipment or
computers.  Target I can see, bestbuy I cannot.
