I, Mr. Omar Jamal the Executive Director of the Somali Justice Advocacy center am
saddened about this new crisis of NAACP that has just surfaced. Like the President
Buchner of NAACP said in the recent article of the Star that this ought to be dealt
internaly. I urge the members and the community as well not to rush to haste
conclusion until all the facts are out. I suport NAACP no matter what, because being
the first legal and moral voice of the black people in this part of the world in times
of unimagineable hardship and difficulties. Our hearts and memories go out to the
leadership of those members of NAACP in the past, and even to now to create HOPE in
the midst of ugly and overwhelming hardship.
thanks
Omar Jamal
Exec Director
Somali Justice Advocacy center
