Full Disclosure: I have never smoked in my life. There is one thing that I think Minneapolis could do that improve my experience when I visit your city. That is remove the buses from the Nicolett Mall. My wife and I enjoy dining on the sidewalk outside of Brit's Pub during the summer except for the buses passing by every 2 minutes (or whatever their schedule is). The noise and the fumes from the buses are much more offensive than a few smokers.
