Just a suggestion...
How about whisper quiet streetcars instead? No direct pollution, quiet 
electric motors, and of course nostalgic flavor. Let's build a system, and 
run one up Johnson Street NE. Ever tried to hold a conversation in my front 
yard when a bus passes? Let's lose the polluting dinosaurs.
