Why yes, we do have a few million extra dollars out here, but we are not
going to give it to you. You have to earn it. Nicollet Mall has great
potential that is not being realized today. If you make Nicollet Mall more
inviting, we who do not live in Minneapolis will visit and spend our
millions of dollars. Visit other cities and see what they have done. Or you
can just sit back and complain about how the State is treating Minneapolis.
It's your choice to decide which is more productive.
