That sounds great !  So, then I presume the developers would be more
than willing to provide a performance bond in the amount of
$500,000,000.00 or so, payable to the city to insure that no damage is
done to the public's enjoyment of the area as it is now.   The cost of
such a bond would be negligible if it is such a sure thing, .    Get
that little piece done and lots of folks will line up behind the
project.  Hey, I'll even put in a couple of bucks to help cover the
bond.
