On Monday, the house may have killed Personal Rapid Transit in Minnesota, 
rejecting by a large margin Mark Olson's (R-Big Lake) attempt to amend HF 
3081(local public finance authority) to allow local bonding of PRT .  According to the 
Pioneer Press, opponents in the house claimed "that Wall Street would slap 'junk 
bond' status on such a project."
