Vicky here:  This would be a wonderful step in the right direction.  Let's
hope that this legislation gets enacted -- along with the videotaping of
backroom real estate deals by government entities.

The more our citizens know about what's really going on down at City Hall,
the more difficult it will be for our elected officials to treat their
constituents like lumpenvoters.

Hooray for full disclosure.  It's about time.
