I see where a Somali runner has filed a Minneapolis civil rights complaint regarding the limit of marathon prize money to citizens only on behalf of himself and non-U.S. citizen student runners from Macalester and the U. Since the prize money limitation may also be a violation of St.Paul ordinance and Minnesota law, my guess is the Attorney General will eventually weigh in on this one.
