Wow, Peter - one of these alleged incidents happened last week....barely
enough time to start an investigation. Give the man a little time before you
speculate on his effectiveness.

Feet to the fire: good. Speculation of guilt (or innocence) before all the
facts have been heard: bad. Verdict on long-term effectiveness: premature.
