This is only possible if that person lied when they signed-in with the declaration that says
"I consider myself a member of the DFL Party. I am not an active member of any other political party."


It's nearly always possible to grab more if you're willing to cheat. But most of us don't do that.

Not only did many Greens attend the DFL precinct caucuses, at least one
attended both the DFL and Green Party caucuses. One of the delegates who I saw at
the DFL city endorsing convention also attended a Green Party caucus. It
appears that the Green Party caucus meeting that I attended adjourned early enough
for someone to be a late-comer at a DFL precinct caucus meeting and participate
in the delegate selection process.
