Correction:

Bob Battle - very late to the title "Rev." - was never "Civil Rights
Director" in St. Paul. Battle served on the St. Paul Human Rights
Commission. During his term, I suspect, Tyrone Terrill (Terrell?) was Human
Rights Director - both of them Norm Coleman appointments.

Terrill/Terrell was again a candidate for the Minneapolis Civil Rights
position this last time around. Originally, he served as a Minneapolis Civil
Rights staff member and applied in the mid-80's to be St. Paul's Human
Rights chief, but was passed over at the time.
