Because that's where the parties were.

The report made clear that the reporters had visited the state office building where 
the Republicans have their offices, and the building was pretty much deserted. And, 
they interviewed Steve Sviggum who stated that he wouldn't be surprised to find "some" 
drinking going on in Republican offices.

KMSP-TV is affiliated with Fox Entertainment for their entertainment programming, and 
is not owned by Fox. The entertainment division is different from Fox News. While KMSP 
may use some Fox News feeds in their newscast, they are independent of Fox News 
management.
