I am wondering if anyone has considered that the people who cannot smoke inside the bar will now be standing outside the bar puffin' it up and throwing butts all over the street. Downtown will look horrible if all the bars are forced to send their smoking patrons outside.
If there is going to be a smoking ban then there better be an ordinance requiring business to provide ashtrays outside their doors and someone to sweep up the butts their patrons leave.
