I have been enjoying reading the comments on take money from CPED or take money from NRP for more cops. We just received information from the NRP folks that CPED will now be charging our NRP plans for their services and NRP has already given up $1 million of its funds to help fund police and fire. It seems to me that if one fund is cut to shore up another they just come at you from another angle and take the money back. My question is have any real cuts been made anywhere??????
