I suppose you could print it and chew on it, but it is
still irrelevant to point out the hazards of secondhand smoke
when there is a proposal on the table that would insure
that secondhand smoke does not reach non-smokers.  

I could always find similar statistics and references that 
show the dangers of motor vehicles to drivers, passengers, 
pedestrians, and small children, but no one is proposing that 
we ban automobiles (although they probably should).  An analogy
of smoking rooms to automobiles would be for risky drivers
to only be allowed to drive dangerously only on roadways that
are not connected to rest of the highway system (of course 
they'd also have to drive non-polluting cars as well).
