What Phil consistently ignores is how much our roads cost to build and maintain each
year per rider. He ignores maintenance of the car, insurance, exhaust pollution, etc,
etc, etc. If the anti public transit people would be completely forthcoming with the
facts then the costs of our different forms of transportation the costs of the new LRT
would not seem so staggering.
