In a post that I unfortunately have sent to ether, Dyna posited that
conversion lofts had been sold with "dirty plumbing" and unsound boilers.As codes
are enforced with every building permit granted, I would like to hear how
these malfeasance's were accomplished and the injured buyer's stories.
Also, what the heck is "dirty plumbing"?
