I'll excuse you, Steve, just because you're a nice guy.  But what's your point?  
Are you taking issue with the City
Pages characterization of Jennings as an embracer of charter schools, or his attempt 
at labor relations reform (ignoring
contract specifics), or his standing as a corporate executive (his move from a couple 
million $ a year shop with about 50
employees to the MPS was nifty career jump.)  OK, he did some complaining, but what 
did he actually accomplish?
    Let's start talking about what educational leaders do, what they get done.
