U.S. Attorney Tom Heffelfinger will be holding a press conference to
announce civil settlements against a Minnesota-based property management
company and a Minnesota landlord for failing to warn tenants that their
rental units may contain leadbased paint hazards. Combined, the two
settlements will clean up lead-paint hazards in more than 3,860
apartments and homes in the Twin Cities area.

Joining U.S. Attorney Heffelfinger will be joined by Roy A. Bernardi,
Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development.
