U.S. Attorney Tom Heffelfinger will be holding a press conference to announce civil settlements against a Minnesota-based property management company and a Minnesota landlord for failing to warn tenants that their rental units may contain leadbased paint hazards. Combined, the two settlements will clean up lead-paint hazards in more than 3,860 apartments and homes in the Twin Cities area.
