Are you advocating for NWA taking of a fee paid by ticket holders for the sound 
abatement program and using it to cover their cost of doing business?  Whether its a 
tax or fee on the ticket, its money that is for a purpose.  That purpose is not 
corporate profits.  If they need more money then they should charge more, not hide 
behind a tax/fee.
