DG ..I am glad you made that point.... You have a viable institution, our
elected officals giving wrong data can close that insitution without
question due to the data. People don't question and they seem to trust their
elected officials...  Given a period of time, officials could/ can destroy
whatever viablilty any institution had by finanical starvation, site plans,
regulations etc. and I agree...the three public meetings are pacifiers...by
the time the public sees any plans on anything...it has long been
decided..signed and sealed!
