Actually, that may have been done already.
Doesn't the ordinance require that smoking be done at least 25 feet from the entrance? So the first 25 feet from the entrance to the patio would be reserved for non-smokers.

Be careful. Make that outdoor smokers patio too nice, and the anti-smokers will want it for themselves too. They'll kick the smokers out of there with a new outdoor patio smoking ban, so they can sit comfortably outdoors with their drinks too!
