Hello Jim & Minneapolis Folks:

advantages of a smaller city council and, how would a smaller city council lead to a

They have argue that neighborhoods recieve better services because council members are
not spread so thin, and that 26 par-time council members could do a better job then 13
full-time. I do not necessarily support such an idea, but believe it is a worthy idea
of adding to the discussion.
