I know one of the things I want done -- we have to make sure that the next generation doesn't get sucked into the crime life, and we are doing a horrible job. Kids need JOBS. And they need them before 16, which is too late for some kids. There used to be a program where younger kids could do various jobs for the parks and other city organizations, but it disappeared.
