I bet USA Today did not know Minneapolis has closed many of the libraries
50% of the time to plum the downtown library nor are a lot of people in the
city actually aware of that fact. They just keep asking for money for the
Planetarium while the neighborhoods can't get books on Saturdays. This is
true dismantlement of equality. Pretty soon, we... can be like Texas!
