No, No No .!!!..The mayor, city council , library board and staff, along
with the state...all had a part in this..you're  not going to get off that
easy!  It is true what you say,  but decisions were made that gave
preferential treatment to some, at the expense of others.  When one talks
about children and a place of  opportunity for learning.. ..confiscation of
equality is unthinkable.
