is it curb weight or gross vehicle weight the ordinance is concerned with?  GVW
for a durango is 6400 lbs. and a escalade is 6800.
Can I assume the intent of the law was to keep delivery trucks, semi's and the
like off residential streets?  Something that makes sense.  While most of you
don't like what SUV's represent, it is clear they are not the same as the
budweiser delivery truck.
