Hello, Minneapolis list-folks..... For some time, I've been looking for commercial/shop space near my abode at Nicollet Cooperative Association at 4429 Nicollet Avenue South.
A big 4,000 square-foot space with offstreet parking is opening up soon less than a full block away, right on Nicollet Avenue. The space includes a 3,000 sqft dividable garage/shop with 5 garage doors and about 1,000 square feet of office space on the street. I can use some of the space for my business (Earth Friend) but there is plenty of room for more! I'd like to put together a consortium of "Green" businesses or individuals to lease the space at $4,000/month, plus utilities. If any list members have an interest in such a project, or know of someone who might, please contact me offlist. This is an opportunity to create ecological and economic "green" in a Minneapolis neighborhood!
