I heard from Dean Zimmerman tonight that a standing committees is considering limiting (or banning?) rental application fees in Mpls. I searched the city council website and cannot find a reference to it. Dean said the public hearing is tomorrow. Can someone point me to information on this proposed ordinance (and the hearing information).
