So I've had to drive into work most every day this week and at various times. My impression is that the 46th street backup at Hiawatha is not as bad as in the past, but I'd like to hear from those who have had to deal with it. What's your experience over the last week or two?
BTW, I've noticed significant improvement on 35E north the last few days. Has some construction project just completed over there? I'm wondering if this has anything to do with Hwy. 5 and 46th st.
