The community needs to get the information to the police also. If the police
come and no one is sitting in any cars smoking crack...what do they have to
go on. License numbers need to be taken, descriptions need to be available,
they need to be called, get the the camera out...doesn't even have to be
video. The community needs to work with the police. Any idea is a great idea
to solve a problem but activation and implementation of the idea is reality.
That takes team work.
