Not to mention that their property values are very likely to go up because of the proximity of the LRT, which means they can buy a "nicer" house not close to the LRT line in front of which they can park their car, which they can then drive back and forth to work. :-) I don't think that many people understand that the more functional the LRT system is, the more the neighborhood geographies and demographics which assimilate to it.
