Noah et al, It sounds like you were at last month's meeting with CM Schiff. I heard from CM Zimmerman that the Mpls City council is now considering outlawing rental application fees. CM Zimmerman told me this right after CM Schiff's meeting -- I assume the events are related.
Can you (or someone) please elaborate on the outcome of the meeting and if the council is considering such an ordinance? I have scanned the subcommittee agendas and minutes a few times, but cannot find any reference to it.
