Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. Some people will be caught if their signatures don't match up. Having been the victim of theft and identity theft, I'm all for another screen, even if it doesn't catch everyone.

In any event, it appears the West Broadway Cub doesn't deserve to be singled out on this score.
