Here are a few more: http://www.swjournal.com/neighbors/
http://www.neighborhoodlink.com/minneapolis/elliotpark/ It would be interesting to see workshops and/or a conference for neighborhood webmasters... so that they could share information with each other and perhaps brainstorm about what members of their neighborhoods would like to see on their websites....some are actively maintained and current. Others are not. Help could be offered to those neighborhoods that don't have websites, but would like to start one. Advice could also be offered on the effective use of neighborhood electronic discussion lists, or setting one up. Was it Tom Thai who was setting up lists for each neighborhood? Perhaps this would be grassroots excercise to enhance, Steve Clift's ideal of e-democracy...this list is a good realization of that ideal. Madeline Douglass Kingfield REMINDERS: 1.
