It was exciting to read (Strib, 9-3-04) about Chaska taking the lead in providing its residents with wireless service, at a significantly reduced cost ($16/month) compared to DSL or cable ($40-45). Does anyone know if Minneapolis is making a similar effort and, if so, what the status is? If not, why? What are the barriers?
