Someone told me earlier this week that in her child's school in Southeast
Mpls., there has been a person hired only for the purposes of record keeping
for NCLB.

Is this just post-NCLB folklore? If not, does anyone else know if this is
happening in other Mpls. schools? If so, how many buildings? How many people
are doing this record keeping, when there could have instead been more
people in classrooms actually teaching?
