   East Lake is up in Circulation which I would assume is picking up on Nokomis being 
closed. This is just a FYI when money and hours are passed out for libraries.

The rich can afford an education for their children, wherever.  Most of the populace, 
depends on /pays taxes for.... public schools and libraries to educate their children 
so they can have opportunities also. Financial accountability/responsibility is one 
thing..but to gut both institutions to save a buck for some taxpayers is another.
