No wonder why sabri has been exploiting the Somali immigrants for so long. NOW we
know. The mayor has to answer to the Somali community about his reckless exercise of
Veto in the name of someone who is extorting money from Somali refugee.
Member of Somali business community called the office of the Somali Justice Advocacy
Center couple of months ago about the grotesque mistreatment from Sabri in Karmel
mall. The Center facilitated meetings with the council members to bring this to their
attention.
I. Mr. Omar Jamal during that time faced threat, intimidation and one morning when I
got up to go to work I saw my car was hit and run while parked. It was seriously
damaged. I have not yet fixed it. Later the same day, someone said to me: �did you see
what happen to your car last night, it will be you next time.�
So yesterday an elderly Somali woman called our office about serious problem from
Karmel, and NOW I will tell that Somali old woman to talk to the mayor about how she
is getting help from Sabri.
