It is clear from his posts that Mr. Graham has a personal vendetta against
Mr. Sabri. Mr. Graham has repeatedly accused Mr. Sabri of taking advantage of
the Somalis as if they are a bunch of sheep that can't think for themselves.
That is an insult to the Somali people. I know that Mr. Sabri is using his own
money for projects for the Somalis, Hispanics and African-Americans, unlike
other developers, Mr. Graham.

It seems likewise clear that you have an unstated personal reason or interest for supporting Sabri. Your support is especially questionable because you live in the Lowry Hill East neighborhood. I have had many friends over the years who have lived or still live in that neighborhood, and every last single one of them despise Sabri for the Bad Neighbor he has been to them. You ought to get out and talk to your neighbors more. You might learn a few despicable things about Sabri you hadn't known before -- or perhaps you do know, but don't care.

Further, I'd like to know how you are so privy to Sabri's private finances that you know he is using his own money? And further that you also know his inner motivations of "projects for Somalis, Hispanics and African-Americans?" It seems far more likely those projects are for Sabri's personal gain and wealth, and nothing else. Just ask his family how cutthroat he is, even attacking them when it seems financially beneficial to himself.

Mr. Graham keeps referring to the contract that has been violated. I know
that it has already been determined by the impartial Councilmember Goodman and
the impartial CPED director/attorney, Lee Sheehy and the city attorney that
Mr. Sabri meets all of the requirements under the contract. Maybe Mr. Graham
knows more so he could educate these people about the violations.

Since when is a CM or a pair of attorneys impartial? If you believe that, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn, New York for sale. Jim Graham and Barb Lickness have given tons of evidence that the conveyance of the deed did not the requirements under the contract and that Sabri's project is otherwise undesirable. All we have from you is your personal statement and your claim that biased parties are impartial. Your supporting evidence for your statements is next to non-existent while your opponents have facts and figures galore.

Let's continue to move forward with good projects such as this in the city.

Yes, let's move forward with good projects. This one is not one of them. It sounds far more like a bad project to me. Sounds like that taxpayers spent about half a million on the property and then gave it away for dirt cheap.
