big deal, though I can see it wouldn't be to many of the democrats who use
the courts to obstruct democracy---locally in trying to overturn the 2001
city council elections, and nationally in their efforts to keep Ralph
Nader's name off the Presidential ballot.

party), "Representative" Kahn is telling us that we should only have a
one-party system. That, in my book, shows a serious ethical deficet.

to spell his name and will not take the time to look it up) from Princeton
who stolen a leather vest from a clothing store and was convicted? The DFL
had control of the House at the time..they chose to keep this dude in tact
so they would not lose control of the House. Everyone gave long speeches on
how horrible they felt, lowest day of their careers, persuasive sob fest..I
watched and remembered each one of those politicians saying to myself...if
you, Mr/Mrs.politician don't have the guts to stand up and do what is
right...I will never cast a vote your way; I never have voted for any of
them nor will I. So it is not that we are missing the point, we all know
what she did, we all know what is right, what is wrong ... judgement can be
made at the ballot box and not on a forum. It is up to her voters to make
the decision if they want her back or not. We should be worrying about the
seedy and needy ethics in Minneapolis.
