Julie Delgado O'Neil v. Thorwald Anderson (incumbent)

One of the things that Henn.Co. judges do that fairly grinds my grits is the miscreant shuffle. Miscreant X comes before Judge A. Judge A lets him/her off with a puny sentence and a warning to sin no more (or whatever). Not too great a time later, Miscreant X is back in court for a second offense. Judge A pushes the case to Judge B, rather than keep the case him/herself. (I think this must be some political song and dance act so that the Judge creates no ripples among the body politic.) Judge B gives similar low/no sentence and warning. Thus Miscreant X Waltzes through court time and again without proper consequences.

Thorwald Anderson is a miscreant shuffler. I queried O'Neil about this, since it honks me off so. She stated in no uncertain terms that she 'believes in giving everyone one chance, but only one.' She said she wanted to see the same miscreant when he/she returned, so that there are proper consequences applied.
