Thanks to Gregory Luce for sharing very helpful information from Saint  
Paul's Community Summit to assist the Minneapolis Community Engagement Project  
(MCEP).  This posting reminds us that, while not really "twin" cities,  Saint 
Paul and Minneapolis are addressing many similar issues and should learn  from 
each other.
 
This note also anticipates many other such postings on the mpls.mnforum and  
sends MCEP's appreciation to all those who will comment in the future.  We  
will, on occasion, offer more specific questions/comments to help encourage this 
 conversation as well.
