"More education needs to be done by "community
leaders" about what do when they encounter police
officers. For example,
1) Don't run when you see the police
2) When an officer orders you to do something, "Do
it."
3) Don't carry any pellet guns with you, at any time
4) Keep your hands visible and interlocked together,
officers are trained that hands can hurt them. (not to
sure how longto do this one)."
The other points are valid to me, but do people need
to be told not to walk around with pellet guns that
look like real guns in one of the worst crime area in
the city?
This seems to be a pretty much common sense issue, and
I don't think community leaders need to be doing the
education, what about the parents?
