No line at 11:45 this morning. Total time was less than ten minutes.

My wife went at 7:00 this morning and it took her over 45 minutes. There were about 70 people in line at 7:45 when I drove past.

By noon there were about 1200 votes cast. That's about one half of the registered voter number. There were many on-site registrations, according to the polling judge.
