Thanks Barb, Some of us(including some former smokers)
appreciate the freedom to again go to public
accomadations that were inaccessible to us due to
smoke. In my opinion it's no different than making
more establishments handicap accessible by requiring
installation of ramps and other accomadations.

People can choose where and when they smoke but I
can't choose when and where I breathe. My right to
breathe without becoming extremely ill(as I have
become after being exposed to a smoky room)is more
important to me than anybody else's right to smoke.

I don't believe in restricting people's right to smoke
in outdoor areas where there is usually a way to
remove yourself to an upwind position or in their own
homes and I suppose hotel rooms and the like.

I am excited that I will soon be able to enjoy
numerous places in the city I haven't been able to
enjoy for sometime due to my lungs shutting down when
encountering cigarette smoke.
