I don't think Vicky is speaking of actual campaign money to individual
commissioners.... but to comment would be second guessing ...as I did!

A segment of the DFL party has a control system that gets them the offices
they want with the people they want...qualified or not, smart enough or not,
honest or not. They will destroy a more qualified candidate  just to place
their favorite party insider. The questions are... who helped whom to get
in, who owes favors, who controls the purse strings...the answers will give
you an idea of the controlled voting. One sitting outside the fold will vote
according to what they believe their constituents want...that's a novel idea
isn't it! I also believe there needs to be more MONITORING of what area gets
what for the buck and why!  Get the paperwork in order for all to
see....before starting projects that really do concern all of us ..not just
a few.
There is a dfl'er and then... there is a DFL'ER!
